I work on innovation at the New York Mets, reporting to the VP of Innovation. My role spans operational discovery, internal applications, employee AI adoption, and cross-functional implementation. My official title is Applied AI Engineer.

The problem
Scheduling and operational processes were spread across spreadsheets and email.
My contribution
I work with teams to map their process, define requirements, and build or refine application features. I prepare testing, support users, and incorporate their feedback.
The deliverables
Shared workflow applications, requirements, testing materials, and rollout support.

Employees need examples relevant to their work and support after their first AI training session.
My contribution
I design and deliver demonstrations, training materials, onboarding documentation, and office hours. I also contribute to rollout support and adoption reporting.

Employee enablement spanning onboarding, practical guides, live learning, and ongoing support.
The problem
Teams need a way to find approved operational information through an internal assistant.
My contribution
I define use cases, configure assistant behavior, prepare test plans, and gather subject-matter feedback with the project team. I document limitations and support rollout.
